MISSION STATEMENT

The object of the  Legion of Mary is the glory of God through the holiness of its members developed by prayer and active co-operation, under ecclesiastical guidance, in Mary’s and the Church’s work of crushing the head of the serpent and advancing the reign of Christ.

The Legion of Mary is the largest apostolic organization of lay people in the Catholic Church, with well over three million active members in almost every country.

Our Lady of Angels Praesidium of St. John Bosco works under the direction of the Pastor by performing the following works:

          Visitation of the sick in hospitals and nursing homes.

          Visitation to the homebound on First Friday.

          Rosary recitation at Greenbrier twice a month.

The Legion of Mary meets every Saturday morning at 9:30am in the Pearl Room in the Bell Tower.  Come and check us out.
