St. John Bosco Athletic Association Board Meeting
December 11, 2007
The meeting opened at 8:00. The following were in attendance: Steve Zikeli, Dave
Stepanski, Ginny Heffner, Bev Gombarcik, Joe Dubovec, Leah Armstrong.
I. Previous minutes reviewed
II. Treasurers report reviewed
a. Consistent balance of $5,000.
III. Winter Season
a. Games begin in our gym 12/15/07.
b. Terry Krawczyk is taking care of concession stand.
c. Waiting on info from Holy Family for Intramural program.
d. Final rosters went in on 12/11 for High School program. Their season will
start first week in January.
e. Gave Jim Gutoskey gym schedule.
f. Lots of interest in tournament.
g. Winter Sports Pictures on Monday, January 14th.
IV. Miscellaneous
a. We will be purchasing a banner for the gym. Discussed possibility of hanging
the banner and flag from ceiling.
b. Fingerprinting night will be offered in early January.
