Finance Council

Minutes of July 31, 2007

Members Present: Tom Halloran, Marty K. Zanotti, Marty P. Zanotti, Bob Pearl, and Renee Estremera

Excused: Joe Dubovec, Doug Hill, Mark Palko, Len Robare, Fr. Dave, and Dan Sage

A special meeting was held. Fr. Dave and Messrs. Hill, Palko and Sage provided verbal or e-mails comments.

Roof Replacements and Repairs

A proposal has been made to repair the critical portions of the roofs. A significant savings can be achieved if the materials for this effort can be ordered now before the September cost increase. After discussing the proposals and comments received from members not present, a contract was approved to complete the work required for 2007.

Bids will be requested for the remaining major replacements or repairs needed.

Next Finance Council meeting: Tuesday, August 21^st at 7:00 p.m. in the Bell Tower. The annual financial report will be reviewed.
