Minutes of June 12, 2007

School Registration

Currently we have 251 students. Only the seventh grade has more than 30 students now in a single class. There are 4 students pending and 4 possibly moving.

Spanish Language Program

The potential job sharing option did not work out; therefore the contractor, Amigos and More, will be hired.

Technology Teacher

The current teacher is not returning for next year. Computers Explores is responsible for hiring a replacement. The conditions and terms of the contract remain unchanged for 2007-2008.

Music Teacher

The current teacher is not returning for next year. Interviews will be held during the summer.

Hot Meal Program

Deferred.

Gift Card/Coupon Program

Deferred

Credit Card Tuition Payments

Deferred.

Roof Replacements and Repairs

A contractor is performing evaluations of the existing roofs and will recommend corrective measures and a timeframe for performing them. Addition evaluations will be considered at a later date.
