Start a Youth Ministry program similar to LIFE Teen for high school students. Also include a Youth Ministry program for the 7-8th graders, similar to “The Edge” program.
Increase evangelization within our parish and increase the number of people involved in the various SJB ministries and programs currently in existence Improve communication with our parishioners, educating them about our various groups and encourage them to become more involved. Find out what the parishioners are looking for at SJB.
Increase parish enrollment by continuing to Evangelize in the community.
Establish a tuition assistance fund with a plan on keeping it funded in the future.
Find new ways to make Catholic education affordable at SJB. Continue to find new ways to generate revenue to support the school operating fund with the effort to minimize tuition increases.
Publish a Parish Directory to foster “community” through familiarity with each other.
Update the look and feel of the SJB website, and try to give a comprehensive look with the Church and school sections so that it has a more cohesive feeling.
Start a Community Outreach program from SJB to provide service in the surrounding community. Increase the visibility of SJB in the community by becoming more involved in community events and service programs.
